Rachel Belt

Rachel Belt currently serves as a Digital Research and Innovation Consultant at UNICEF and is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations. Rachel is also pursuing a DPhil in Women's and Reproductive Health at the University of Oxford. Previously, Rachel held various notable positions, including Technical Officer at the World Health Organization, Immunization Advisor at Girl Effect, and multiple roles at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, where efforts focused on equity and reaching vulnerable communities. Rachel has extensive experience in humanitarian health, having managed programs in Haiti and worked as a consultant within government and social services in Haiti. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University, an Msc in Humanitarian Health Programme Management from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, a Certificate in Forced Migration from the University of Oxford, and an ongoing Public Leadership Credential at Harvard Kennedy School.
