Nadia Hernandez is an experienced program manager specializing in family engagement, currently working at UnidosUS as the Program Manager for Family Engagement since 2023. Previously, Nadia served as a Senior Program Associate at the Parent Institute for Quality Education from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included managing grant-funded programs and developing research-based initiatives in both English and Spanish.
