Chad Ferguson

Chad Ferguson serves as the Chief Operating Officer at UNIFI - Unified Autism Care since February 2024, previously holding the position of Vice President of Finance at Bierman Autism Centers and The Motley Fool. With extensive finance experience across various organizations, Chad has worked as the Director of Finance at Strive Health and Air Methods, alongside a managerial role at DaVita Kidney Care and a process management position at Humana. Chad's career began in the U.S. Army as an Executive Officer for an Explosive Ordnance Disposal company, and transitioned to an accounting role with the Defense Finance & Accounting Service. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Financial Economics from Ohio University and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville.
