Tejas Bandivadekar

Tejas Bandivadekar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and learning management. Currently serving as a Global Learning Specialist at Unifrax since May 2021, Tejas oversees learning interventions for a global workforce. Previously, as Senior Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, responsibilities included managing the Annual Talent Review process and succession planning for the Hydrocarbon Business, as well as developing training programs for graduate engineer trainees. Tejas also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Axis Bank, where the focus was on identifying and developing high-potential employees, managing e-learning initiatives, and executing talent management processes. The career began as an HR Officer at HDFC AMC, complemented by an internship at The Boston Consulting Group. Tejas holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Mumbai, among other qualifications.
