Mike Porritt

Mike Porritt currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at UniLodge, leading the expansion of the company into Canada. With extensive experience in student housing, Mike previously held the position of Vice President - International, Advisory Services at The Scion Group, specializing in advisory services for higher education institutions and private developers. Additional roles include Director of Advisory Services at Scion, Team Leader for The MARQ at Centurion Apartment REIT, Executive Director of Student Engagement at Huron University College, and Executive Director of Residences and Student Housing at McGill University. Mike began a career in student housing as Director of Housing Services at Trent University and Director of Residence Life at Winona State University. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Master's degree in College Student Counseling from Western Illinois University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Western University.
