Michael Kincade is currently an advisor at Union Capital Boston. Prior to that, they worked as the manager of community programs and outreach for the Alzheimer's Association, MA/NH chapter from June 2000 to August 2014. In this role, they developed and implemented an outreach plan to educate hard to reach communities, identified undeserved communities and coordinated care with community based service providers, and established partnerships and linkages with community health care and social service agencies which didn't exist. Michael also managed the program aspect of initiative grants such as maintaining case files and program reports, and produced and hosted the award winning local weekly television program AgeWise Boston. From September 1994 to July 2000, Kincade worked as the director of education & outreach for the Multicultural AIDS Coalition, Inc.
Michael Kincade graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in sociology. They also have a certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate.
