Louis Moreau De Saint Martin

Chief engineer (X 1991, ENPC 1996) was successively head of the housing and construction department at the Departmental Equipment Directorate (DDE) of Moselle in 1997, assistant to the deputy director of urban interventions and housing at the General Directorate of Urbanism , habitat and construction of the Ministry of Equipment in 2000, assistant to the director of urban renewal of Immobilière 3F in 2004. Ministry of Ecology, then in 2008, director of the major urban project for the City of Lille and director of studies at the National School of Equipment Technicians (ENTE) in Valenciennes in 2010. He was rapporteur at the fifth chamber of the Court of Auditors from 2015 to 2020,before joining the Regional and Interdepartmental Directorate for Accommodation and Housing (DRIHL) as deputy to the director of the Seine-Saint-Denis departmental unit.
