Aimee Macdonald has extensive experience in the coffee and beverage industry, currently serving as the London & Independents Manager and previously as an Account Manager at Union Hand-Roasted Coffee since April 2017. Prior to this, Aimee held the position of Wholesale Manager at Small Batch Coffee Roasters from May 2016 to April 2017, gaining valuable insights into the cafe, restaurant, and hotel sectors. Aimee's career at MARS DRINKS spanned over 13 years, where responsibilities included Account Executive duties focused on account management and exceeding retention targets, as well as roles in training, trade marketing, and customer service. Aimee conducted training programs in both the UK and North America, highlighting expertise in brand development and sales performance improvement. Educational background includes GCSEs obtained at Royds School from 1991 to 1996.
