Mitchell Quintanilla

Mitchell Quintanilla is an experienced project manager currently at Union Station Homeless Services since October 2023. In addition, Mitchell serves as an assistant coach for Anaheim Union High School District, responsible for creating practice schedules, coordinating logistics, and assisting with athlete eligibility. A certified referee for USA Water Polo since February 2013, Mitchell officiates various events and promotes the sport through referee recruitment. As an official with USA Swimming since November 2012, responsibilities include officiating competitions and advocating for swimmers with disabilities. Previous roles include recovery rehousing navigator at Helpline Youth Counseling and intern at the California Interscholastic Federation. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University and undergraduate studies in Sociology at California State University, Fullerton, and Fullerton College.
