Geossiel Cotoco

Geossiel Cotoco is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at UnionDigital Bank since August 2022, Geossiel previously held various leadership roles at UnionBank of the Philippines, including Legal and RegTech Head for the Fintech Group and head of the Legal Documentation and Consultancy Unit. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy General Counsel at The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc., and senior and junior associate positions at Suarez & Narvasa Law Firm. Geossiel Cotoco earned a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University's School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University.
