Mariam Osouli

Mariam Osouli holds extensive experience in corporate finance and strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development at Uniper since October 2018. Prior roles include Management Consultant at Detecon International GmbH and FIC Business Development Institutional Sales at Commerzbank AG. Mariam also worked as a Corporate Finance Consultant at BDO Germany and contributed to academic initiatives at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, where Mariam was a student representative and co-founded the MyBuddy Programme. Educational qualifications include a degree in International Business with a major in Finance and a minor in Strategy from Maastricht University, complemented by study experiences at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Copenhagen Business School.
