Maximilian Mohr

Maximilian Mohr currently serves as Privacy Counsel at Uniper since July 2024. Previously, Maximilian held multiple positions at Borneo from February 2022 to January 2024, including Head of Legal & Legal Operations Germany and Senior Privacy Compliance Manager. Experience also includes a role as a Trainee with the European Union Agency For Fundamental Rights, focusing on research within the Just, Digital and Secure Societies programme. Maximilian worked as a Research Consultant and Legal Advisor for the CDU-Bürgerschaftsfraktion Hamburg and gained hands-on legal experience as a trainee lawyer at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg. Additional internships include the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and various training positions within the CDU-Bürgerschaftsfraktion and German legal entities. Education includes a Second State Examination in Law, two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from Lund University in International Human Rights Law, and a Diplom-Jurist from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
