Jan Kamenar

Jan Kamenar is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the automation and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at ORLEN Unipetrol since November 2016, Jan oversees project management within the Corporate CapEx Division. Previously, Jan held various roles, including Project Execution Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing key CapEx projects and ensuring compliance with technical, budgetary, and safety standards. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager at Process Automation Solutions, and as a Control Systems and Instrumentation Engineer at PAS Procesní Automatizační Systémy s.r.o., where Jan was involved in designing control systems and managing projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, along with a technical education in electrotechnics.
