At Uniphore, Kennice serves as the Delivery Leader for the Americas and holds the position of Global Director of Delivery Management, demonstrating a strong focus on global delivery strategy. Previously, Kennice was the Director of Professional Services at Uniphore, and prior to that, held project management roles at Isobar, ICF Olson, KANA Software, and Tribune Technology, showcasing a solid background in managing projects and professional services.
