Troy Latchman

Troy Latchman is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Uniphore since October 2021. Prior to that, Troy worked at Jacada from May 2007 to October 2021, holding roles as Solutions Architect, Development Manager, and Product Consultant, where responsibilities included transforming functional requirements into technical designs, guiding IT operations on software and hardware selection, managing development teams, and developing web applications. Earlier in the career, Troy was a BIOS Engineer at AMI from August 2005 to May 2007, focusing on customizing BIOS for various motherboards using x86 and C languages. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed in 2005.
