Tomasz Farjan

Tomasz Farjan is an experienced professional in the field of digital transformation and banking. Currently serving as the Head of Bancassurance Digitalization and Digital Sales Platform Product Owner at UNIQA Insurance Group since June 2022, Tomasz focuses on enhancing digital insurance sales processes. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked as a Product Manager for Consumer Banking at Western Union, where efforts were made to modernize the business model and IT landscape. At Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Tomasz contributed as a Strategic Project Manager for International Retail Lending, leading the transformation of the Retail area and implementing innovative IT solutions. Earlier in the career at zeb consulting, Tomasz managed multiple projects aimed at digital transformation and organizational excellence for major banking groups in the DACH/CEE/SEE region. Internship experiences at various banks in Poland provided foundational knowledge in sales, credit risk, and transactional banking. Tomasz holds an MA in Banking and Project Management and a BA in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
