Prarthana Chand

Prarthana Chand is a consultant at Uniqus Consultech Inc. since July 2023, previously serving as an associate at PwC India from March 2022 to July 2023. With experience as an ESG consultant at SG Analytics and as a district consultant for ActionAid projects supported by UNICEF, Prarthana has demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability and social development. Notably, as the first female General Secretary of the Student Executive Council at XIM University, significant leadership skills were honed. Prarthana's background also includes roles in research and development, program coordination, and internships focused on social issues and agriculture in Odisha. Academically, Prarthana holds a Master's in Business Management with a focus on Sustainable Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor's in Sustainable Development from Xavier School of Sustainability.
