Mitchell Pham has a long and varied history working in leadership positions in both the public and private sector in New Zealand. Mitchell currently serves as a board member for Uniqway.com, and previously served as the Chairperson for NZTech from October 2016 to October 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the Board of Governance & Industry Leadership for NZTech, which is an organization that supports the tech community in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Prior to their role at NZTech, Mr. Pham served as an Advisor for the Small Business Development Group at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment from February 2013 to June 2017. In this role, they provided advice and guidance to small businesses in New Zealand on how to grow and succeed.
Mr. Pham has also held roles as a Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach at TradeWindow, and as the Chairperson for SAGE (Strategic Advisory Group for the Enterprise) at Forsyth Barr Limited. In these roles, they provided advice and guidance on strategic planning and business growth.
Mr. Pham’s experience in both the public and private sector have given him a unique perspective on how businesses can succeed in New Zealand. Mitchell's experience and knowledge are valuable assets to Uniqway.com, and they are committed to helping the company grow and succeed.
Mitchell Pham attended the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, where they studied leadership development. Mitchell also studied health and fitness science at Auckland University of Technology. Additionally, they studied information systems and operations management, marketing, and international business at the University of Auckland. Mitchell began their educational career at Avondale College, where they studied forms 3 & 4 & 5 at Lynfield College.
