Pei Shan Chang is a Technology Development Engineer and Design Engineer at Unisem since January 2022, where responsibilities include liaising with customers on design requirements and ensuring manufacturing feasibility through effective project management. Prior experience includes an internship in the Research & Development Department at MAPA Gloves Sdn.Bhd in 2020, focusing on testing and analysis to identify glove defects. Earlier work as a Sales Marketing Assistant at Midori Foodstuff Sdn Bhd provided foundational skills in shop operations and customer interactions. Pei Shan Chang holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, completed in 2021.
