Russell Hubbard

Russell Hubbard is an experienced Program Director at UniSuper since June 2016, leading a team of 12 Project Managers and overseeing a $30M project portfolio, and has been managing the major program "EmployerConnect" shortly after joining. Prior to UniSuper, Russell served as Portfolio Delivery Manager at Link Group from October 2013 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio exceeding $40M with a team of 8 to 12 project managers. Russell's earlier experience includes a managerial role at Superpartners, developing a Project Delivery Practice and overseeing a portfolio worth over AU$100M, as well as senior project management roles at ANZ and CR2, focusing on major banking system projects and client management. Russell holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic Computer Systems from The University of Salford, earned between 1988 and 1992.
