Ugo Nwaghodoh

Ugo Nwaghodoh serves as the Executive Director of Finance & Risk Management at UBA Group since October 2004, overseeing performance management, regulatory compliance, financial control, and investor relations. Prior roles within the UBA Group include Group Chief Financial Officer, Divisional Head of Financial Control and Investor Relations, Group Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of Special Projects for Corporate Mergers. Ugo's experience with PwC from January 1996 to September 2004 as a Manager in Assurance and Business Advisory Services complements a solid foundation in finance and management, supported by an MSc in Finance & Management from Cranfield School of Management, an MSc in Risk Management from NYU Stern School of Business, and a BSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Ibadan.
