Crystal Valentine

Crystal Valentine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital banking and education. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President and Digital Banking Analyst at United Bank, Crystal leads initiatives to enhance the digital experience for clients. Previously held positions include Assistant Vice President and Organizational Business Advisor, where Crystal collaborated on organizational management strategies, and Learning and Talent Development Manager, overseeing training initiatives for staff. Crystal's earlier experience includes roles at the Brooklyn Institute for Liberal Arts as Coordinator of Special Activities and English Language Arts Teacher, as well as positions with NYC Teaching Fellows, Great Oaks Legacy Charter School, and Jumpstart. Crystal holds a Master of Education from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Science from St. John's University.
