Michael P. Fitzgerald

Mr. Fitzgerald is the President of United Bank. He is the former Founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Georgetown. He has been a director of the Company since 2016.

Mr. Fitzgerald has nearly 35 years of banking experience. He served as a director of Bank of Georgetown for 10 years. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Sequoia Bank. Mr. Fitzgerald began his banking career with Riggs Bank, where for 15 years he served in several capacities including Corporate Banking, Special Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of The Riggs National Bank of Maryland.
