Michael Woloszyn is the Director at UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY ASSOCIATION OF GREATER CLEVELAND INC. Prior to their current position, Woloszyn was a Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at PolyOne from January 2013 to July 2013 and January 2012 to January 2013 respectively. In these positions, they were responsible for providing financial support for the $1B distribution division and for month end close and reporting. Michael also partnered with business unit executive leaders to improve profitability and prepared and provided guidance to leaders of 10 separate P&Ls.

Prior to their time at PolyOne, Woloszyn was an Internal Risk & Control Analyst from January 2009 to January 2012. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and assessing risks across all business units and functions as well as developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Woloszyn began their career as an Audit Senior & Auditor at Deloitte from September 2006 to January 2009. In this role, they were responsible for auditing the financial statements of clients in a variety of industries.

Woloszyn is a certified Green Belt in six sigma and has used these techniques to improve accuracy of month end reporting. Michael is also a hands-on leader who has automated rebate accruals in SAP and revamped reporting to leverage Hyperion.

Michael Woloszyn completed their Masters of Accountancy at Bowling Green State University and their Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Specialty also from Bowling Green State University. Michael is also certified as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Ohio.
