Dr. Abdulaziz Alsaey

Dr. Abdulaziz Alsaey is an experienced professional in the fields of administration and human resources, currently serving as the Director of HSSE at UDC since January 2019, while also holding the position of Director of Administrative Services at United Development Company since 2013. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at the Supreme Council for Family Affairs and Head of Administrative Affairs at Qatar Development Bank. Dr. Alsaey's career began in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, where responsibilities included roles related to personnel affairs. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Business Administration from Ain Shams University, an MBA from the Arab Academy for Banking Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from the Arab Academy for Maritime Transport.
