Selene Munro

Selene Munro possesses extensive experience in strategic leadership roles within human resources and sustainability. Currently serving as the Director of Sustainability at United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Limited since January 2011, Selene is responsible for developing and executing the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy. Previous roles at UFA include Director of eCommerce, where Selene initiated the first online sales channel, Director of HR Operations, with oversight of HR generalists and employee relations, and Director of Total Rewards, providing strategic direction for compensation and benefits. Prior to UFA, Selene held management positions at Superior Propane, focusing on total rewards and payroll. Selene holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of Calgary.
