Stefan Siddon

Stefan Siddon is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at United Fire Protection Corporation since December 2024, Stefan previously held a similar role at A.J Worldwide Services, overseeing HR policies and employee relations for a global logistics firm. From March 2012 to December 2022, Stefan worked at Keansburg Amusement Park, first as Human Resources/Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for over 500 team members, and then as Training Supervisor, focusing on training development and conflict resolution.
