Steve Woods

Steve Woods serves as the Manager of Cargo Operations at United Ground Express since May 2023. Prior to this role, Steve dedicated over three decades to United Airlines, where responsibilities spanned various management positions including overseeing training programs for cargo and safety worldwide, significantly enhancing training efficiency for 5,000 employees and 183 cargo facilities. Steve's tenure also included product management for key cargo offerings and leading initiatives for cultural transformation within the Cargo Division. Educational credentials include two Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Media Studies from Northeastern Illinois University.
