Mr. Tan Jiew Hoe, aged 73 and a Singaporean, joined the Board as Alternate Director on 9 June 1997 and was subsequently appointed as Director on 30 March 2007. He is a member of the Audit Committee as well as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He sits on the Board of several subsidiaries of the Group in Malaysia.
