Pratik Soni

Pratik Soni is a legal and public health consultant with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a State Legal Consultant for the United Nations Population Fund, Pratik provides technical support to strengthen the implementation of the PCPNDT Act and address gender-based violence from a public health perspective. Pratik also holds the position of Advocate at the High Court of Chhattisgarh. Previous roles include Public Policy in Action Fellow at Transform Rural India, where responsibilities involved facilitating district administration and project creation in collaboration with the Department of Home Affairs. Other notable experiences include serving as a State Consultant for the National Health Mission Chhattisgarh, implementing the National Viral Hepatitis Control Program, and various roles at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Pratik's academic background includes a Master in Public Health and a Master of Laws, emphasizing health policy and corporate law.
