Jasmin Onus

Jasmin Onus currently serves in the Indigenous Peoples and Development Branch at the United Nations, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Jasmin has been the Director at Winkiku Rrumbangi Indigenous Lawyers Aboriginal Corporation since June 2016 and worked at Indigenous Business Australia from June 2016 to July 2024 as a Senior Advisor for Policy, Advocacy, and Strategic Projects, as well as an Associate in Investor Relations. Jasmin's earlier experience includes serving as a Lawyer at the Northern Land Council from December 2011 to June 2016 and representing Indigenous students at the James Cook University Law Students Society in 2007. Jasmin holds an Executive Education certificate from Harvard Business School, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The Australian National University, and dual degrees in Law and Business from James Cook University.
