Richa Gupta is the Co-Founder and CEO of Labhya, which aims to enhance learning for children in India’s public schools through collaborative wellbeing programs. Gupta is the only Indian selected as an SDG Young Leader by the United Nations, representing the Sustainable Development Goals globally. Additionally, Gupta serves as an India Board Member for UNICEF's YuWaah and is part of the Young People's Action Team, focusing on youth needs in programming. As a Young Impact Leader with AVPN and an alum of prestigious programs like the Harvard Ministerial Leadership Program, Gupta actively contributes to social impact initiatives. Recognized as a Rising Talent by the Women's Forum for the Economy & Society, Gupta has received accolades such as Best Entrepreneur from the Takeda Foundation and represented India at the G(irls)20 Summit in 2019, where significant policy recommendations were made. Gupta holds a Master of Education in International Education Policy from Harvard University and has a diverse academic background in English literature, media studies, and art history.
