Stephen Shander

Stephen Shander is an experienced safety professional with a comprehensive background in various roles related to safety management. Currently serving as a Safety Coordinator at Carlisle Construction Materials since October 2019, Stephen previously worked as an EHS Specialist at Amazon, where responsibilities included conducting incident investigations and implementing safety policies. Prior to that, Stephen was a Safety Consultant with Amerisafe Consulting and Safety Services, overseeing site safety for multiple construction projects, conducting employee training, and performing safety inspections. Stephen's career began as a Safety Intern at PBS/Rox Coal Inc., where responsibilities included safety audits and inspections in mining operations. Stephen holds a degree in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
