Ronald Fite

Ronald Fite currently works as the Head Instructor and Lead Consultant for Fite’s Professional Services. Prior, he served as a Continuous Improvement Instructor for the North Carolina Community College System from 2010 to 2020. There, he was responsible for the delivery of continuous improvement applications directly to Business & Industry clients within North Carolina. This branch of the community college system is connected to the Department of Commerce, with interest in the area of job growth and productivity enhancement. This territory included companies within 100 counties, served by 58 colleges with courses ranging from Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, various problem solving methodologies.
