Phillip Brown

Phillip Brown is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in leading design and construction initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager Design Development & Construction at United Rentals since 2017, Phillip oversees the turnkey delivery of new locations and manages project costs, vendor negotiations, and regional teams. Additionally, Phillip contributes as an Adjunct Instructor in Construction Management at Arapahoe Community College. Previous roles include Director of Development & Construction at ICWG Ltd, National Construction Project Manager at Red Robin, and Director of Design and Construction at Boston Market, among others.
