Rebecca Castle

Rebecca Castle currently serves as the School Director at United Schools Network since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions including Education Consultant/Academic Implementation Specialist at The NiKhar Group and Educational Consultant at The Promise Educational Collaborative, where specialized training and personal coaching were provided to educators. Rebecca's extensive experience in Prince George's County Public Schools encompassed roles such as Instructional Lead Teacher, School Test Coordinator/Data Coach, Social Studies Instructional Coach, and Academic Dean, focusing on instructional support and data analysis. Additional experience includes serving as Principal at East Bridge Academy of Excellence and Assistant Principal at Dr. Henry A. Wise, Jr. High School. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from The Ohio State University, a Teacher Certification from Ohio Dominican University, a Master's degree in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision from McDaniel College, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California.
