Carlos Dubon

Carlos Dubon currently serves as the General Manager for the Los Angeles market at United Site Services, overseeing a $70 million portfolio with full P&L accountability. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Director of Operations at Lamart Corporation, where responsibilities included managing operations for newly acquired manufacturing plants in Mexico. Carlos participated in a corporate fellowship with Amazon and served in the United States Marine Corps for 24 years, fulfilling various roles in talent acquisition and logistics, notably as a Senior Manager in Aviation Logistics and Officer Recruiter. Carlos holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from UMass Global, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Tulane University.
