Mariel Clegg

Mariel Clegg is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Franz Family Bakery since September 2021, Mariel is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to fulfill diverse staffing needs. Prior to this role, Mariel worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at the University of Oregon's Charles H. Lundquist College of Business, where responsibilities included collaborating with students on placement strategies and managing communication materials. Mariel's earlier experience includes positions as an HR Generalist and Compliance and Training Specialist at Sumerra and Sanmina, focusing on human capital compliance and HR policy adherence.
