Abrar Omeish

Federal Judicial Law Clerk at United States Courts

Abrar Omeish serves as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Courts since November 2024. Previously, Abrar worked as a Legal Fellow on the Generalist Litigation Team at the National Center for Youth Law from September 2023 to November 2024 and as a Member At-Large on the Fairfax County School Board, having been elected with over 161,000 votes. Earlier experiences include roles as a Clerk at the Supreme Court Institute, a Legal Intern at both the Virginia Court of Appeals and the U.S. Department of Education, and a Research and Teaching Assistant at Georgetown University Law Center. Abrar holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Georgetown University, as well as a double Bachelor's degree with honors from Yale University. Educational background also includes completion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Robinson Secondary and attendance at the School for Ethics and Global Leadership.
