Brian Howell

Brian Howell, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Information Technology for the United States Courts since May 2021. Prior to this role, Brian was the Cloud Infrastructure Manager at Garmin from November 2016 to May 2021 and the Manager of Engineering Services at Compass Minerals from August 2013 to November 2016. Brian's extensive technical expertise includes management of Active Directory, Citrix, Exchange, and various network infrastructures. Additionally, Brian served as a Communications Specialist Squad Leader in the United States Army Reserve from January 1992 to December 1999, where responsibilities included designing secure communication systems and leading a squad. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Park University and has received training in Cisco networking.
