Rob Leung

ROB Leung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in court operations and human resources management. As a Court Operations Specialist at the United States Courts since April 2007, ROB Leung has focused on improving court functions through collaboration with various court units and the Administrative Office. Prior experience includes a supervisory role as a Human Resources Generalist within the Ninth Circuit, where ROB Leung provided comprehensive HR support, managed vendor relationships, and implemented innovative strategies for diversity and recruitment. Previous positions also include leadership roles within Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc., modeling and graphic design for Bossalini Clothing Company, and various HR-related roles at Edgewood Center for Children & Families and other organizations. ROB Leung holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and a Human Resource Management Certification from San Francisco State University.
