Panyin Hughes

Panyin Hughes has over 15 years of legal and engineering experience, currently serving as an Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. International Trade Commission since May 2009. Prior to this role, Panyin worked as an Attorney at Law at Finnegan Henderson from September 2005 to May 2009. Panyin’s foundational experience in engineering includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at Applied Materials from 1996 to 2002. Panyin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, obtained between 2002 and 2005, and holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Minnesota and Central State University, respectively.
