Delise O'Meally is a seasoned professional in sports governance and international relations, currently serving as Vice President of International Relations for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee and an elected Executive Committee Member of the International University Sports Federation (FISU). With a strong background in executive leadership, Delise O'Meally previously held the position of Executive Director/Secretary General at the United States International University Sports Federation, overseeing USA teams in international competitions. Delise O'Meally also served as CEO of the Institute of Sports and Social Justice, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and leadership development. Additional experience includes roles at the NCAA, managing governance and international affairs, and academic positions as an adjunct professor.
