Keith Phillips

Keith Phillips is an experienced professional in the field of space operations and military strategy, currently serving as Deputy Chief in the HQ SF Assessments Division of the United States Space Force since August 2021. Prior to this role, Phillips was a Senior Space Analyst at Millennium Engineering and Integration, advising on international space policy for CENTCOM and AFRICOM. Phillips has held various prestigious positions, including Faculty Instructor at the Joint Military Attache School, Air Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi, and Senior Defense Official/Defense Attaché in the U.S. Air Force. With significant contributions in military satellite communications at HQ Air Force Space Command and academic expertise as an Associate Professor at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Phillips possesses a strong educational background with a Master of Arts in Space Systems Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
