Delores Nkechi U.

Delores Nkechi U. has extensive experience in customer relations and administrative support, currently serving as a Customer Relations Specialist at United Way of Greater Rochester since October 2001. In this role, Delores manages incoming calls, assembles leadership program binders, assists with security needs, and coordinates conference room availability, in addition to entering qualitative data for program evaluations. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Secretary at Strong Memorial Hospital, where Delores transcribed doctor's notes and managed prescriptions for patients. Delores holds an A.A.S. degree in Administrative Assistant from Bryant & Stratton College, earned between 2010 and 2012.
