The Development and Fundraising team at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley is responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives to secure financial resources that support the organization's mission of fostering financial opportunity and educational success. This team cultivates relationships with individual donors, manages grant applications and compliance, organizes fundraising campaigns, leverages digital marketing, and ensures governance and strategic planning to achieve sustainable development goals.
