We fight for the health, education, financial stability, and basic needs of every person in Cabell, Wayne, Lincoln and Mason counties in West Virginia and Lawrence County, Ohio.

We focus on our region’s most critical issues within the areas of health, education, and financial stability. United Way of the River Cities supports a foundation of basic needs services to ensure that individuals and families have their basic needs met. 

We fight by forging partnerships, by mobilizing both human and financial resources, and by inspiring people to join us to create solutions to our community’s most pressing problems. United Way provides funding to agency programs and works collaboratively with organizations and individuals. We focus on outcomes so we know that our investment of donor dollars is making the greatest impact.
