Jake Silvola-Finch

Mr. Silvola-Finch is a healthcare administrator, a Registered Nurse, and an Air Force Officer who has served in various aspects of healthcare throughout his career. Currently, he is a Manager for Special Care Providers of America operating at Tampa General Hospital in central Florida. Mr. Silvola-Finch began his career as a critical care nurse with H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute but chose to pursue a career in healthcare administration to apply his bedside experience to much-needed efforts to reform the healthcare system. He has a passion for finding innovative ways to improve the quality of healthcare delivery in the communities while ensuring it is still affordable and accessible to those who need it. He has also worked for UF Health Shands, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), and currently serves as a Flight Nurse in the United States Air Force Reserves where he has flown numerous combat missions to evacuate wounded servicemen and women overseas. With his diverse background, he brings a unique perspective to improving the overall health of society.
