Gabriel Castellanos

Gabriel Castellanos has extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries, primarily focusing on medical services and call center operations. Currently serving as a Medical Service Coordinator at UnitedHealth Group since July 2021, Gabriel previously held positions such as Call Center Supervisor at Titan Technologies, where responsibilities included supporting agents and managing escalated calls. Prior to that, as a Call Center Specialist at Kforce Inc., Gabriel provided efficient service to claimants. Early in their career, Gabriel worked in the media industry with roles at NFL Network, Appen, Technicolor, Deluxe Laboratories, Radium, THX Ltd., and 3rdi Q.C., gaining skills in video processing, quality control, and content management. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music from the University of La Verne and has pursued additional education at EVS and Video Symphony, as well as Gnomon School of Visual Effects.
