Ken Kobylowski

Ken Kobylowski is an experienced executive in the healthcare and insurance sectors, currently serving as Vice President and New York Network Lead at UnitedHealth Group since February 2022. In this role, Ken manages a vast network portfolio of over 180 hospitals and 40,000 physicians, overseeing a significant budget of $14 billion and impacting 4 million members across various health plans in New York State. Prior to this, Ken held senior leadership positions at AmeriHealth Administrators and AmeriHealth New Jersey, where responsibilities included provider contracting and network operations for a large network of healthcare providers with an annual claims spend of $800 million. Ken's background also includes serving as Commissioner of the New Jersey State Department of Banking and Insurance, where Ken managed the state's response to Superstorm Sandy and directed ACA implementation. Ken's early career includes roles in banking and law, supported by a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University.
